Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Sales/Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community in Minnetonka. You will guide prospects through tours, screenings, applications, and move-ins while maintaining high resident satisfaction and occupancy.

The role requires customer service focus, strong communication, and the ability to manage leases and renewals in line with policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant sales, marketing, internet and customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Collect information from prospective residents at move-in and record it properly.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic.
• Use on-site management software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
