Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute daily.
• Microsoft Office productivity tools and Yardi/Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, show apartments and promote community.
• Coordinate daily activities, manage traffic and responses.
• Process applications promptly and follow up with applicants.
• Maintain market-ready apartments and amenities to Weidner standards.
• Input leasing data and monitor leasing performance against goals.
