Qualifications

• Previous leasing or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with property management software preferable.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show available apartments.
• Respond to resident and prospect calls and emails promptly.
• Answer calls, set viewing appointments and drive traffic to tours.
• Tour prospective residents with energy and the Weidner standard.
• Assist with the leasing process and facilitate applications.
• Review and process applications immediately upon receipt.
• Maintain professional leasing office and confidential files.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Communicate regularly with the Community Director.
