Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and show apartments with enthusiasm.
• Coordinate applications, screenings, and leasing process.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails and schedule viewings.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of model homes and amenities.
• Shop competitors and adjust marketing/leasing strategies as needed.
