Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Microsoft Office familiarity (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
• Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; willing and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path and prepare apartments for viewing; maintain rent readiness of model homes and amenities.
• Coordinate daily activities focusing on People, Product, Price and Promotion.
• Exercise discretion in daily marketing and advertising to enhance performance.
• Oversee traffic responses from residents and prospects; ensure timely follow-up of calls and emails.
• Lead property tours with energy and align with leasing objectives; facilitate application process at end of tour.
• Maintain knowledge of the community, residents and competitors; review leasing performance with leadership.
• Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives; ensure market-ready spaces daily.
