Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and support lease signings.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, screening applicants, maintaining show units, following marketing plans to drive traffic, and ensuring resident satisfaction through renewal activity and timely communications.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to tour property and use CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease documents.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures readiness; coordinates with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Monitors market conditions; develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online channels.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, record activity, and manage resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; communicates needs to maintenance and keeps show area appealing.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Responds to resident or owner concerns promptly and documents requests for action.
