Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while collaborating with maintenance and sales teams.

The role requires accurate leasing data entry, follow-up with residents, and execution of renewal activities to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and tenant relations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for resident interactions.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and lease renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities: greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, conduct background checks, prepare lease packages and execute move-in.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy; utilize internet marketing tools and referrals.
