Job summary

Greystar is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals for a 452-unit garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while maintaining move-in readiness and coordinating with maintenance.

You will implement marketing plans, track data in OneSite/Yardi, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through strong service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ability to screen applicants and process leases accurately.
• Proven interpersonal skills for resident relations and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit/criminal checks, and prepare leases for move-in.
• Inspect units for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
