Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate for a Garden community (Stage: Lease Up) with 230 units. This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including tours, applications, credit and background checks, and lease signing.

The position requires strong sales and customer service skills, proficiency with OneSite or Yardi, and the ability to implement marketing plans, follow up with residents, and support renewals.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Manage data in property management software and track traffic.
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and packages.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, show apartments, collect applications, perform background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move-in; coordinate maintenance items.
• Create and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, and internet listings.
• Log activity in OneSite/Yardi and maintain resident data.
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and packages.
