Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a Garden community. You will drive occupancy, manage tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins, while coordinating with maintenance and the property team to uphold standards.

The role involves daily leasing activities, market awareness, and executing programs to boost occupancy, including referrals and employer outreach, with on-site software usage such as OneSite and Yardi.

Qualifications

• Licenses required as per state/local jurisdictions.
• Driver's license required to operate on-site transportation (e.g., golf cart).
• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and completes lease processes by greeting prospects, tours, applications, screenings, and lease signings.
• Ensures units are move-in ready and coordinates with maintenance for repairs.
• Monitors market conditions and implements marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Designs activities to drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
• Uses property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintains show unit quality and prepares leasing offices for daily operations.
• Contacts prospects and residents to support lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner inquiries and documents requests.
