Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing with Marketing and Renewal Specialist to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins, while monitoring market conditions and driving occupancy through targeted campaigns.

The role requires strong customer service, initiative in follow-up, and proficiency with on-site management software. Eligible for bonus programs and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident services.
• Ability to qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and lease signing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using online platforms and referrals.
• Track activity and demographics in the property management software.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and follow up with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and resolve issues.
