Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Real Estate & Leasing Coordinator to support leasing and property operations across San Francisco Bay Area properties. You will coordinate information, documents, and follow-ups with Leasing, Property Management, and other teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, brokers, vendors, and internal Prologis teams, maintaining confidential data, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, real estate, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lease administration from proposal through execution.
• Support lease transactions by coordinating move-ins and processing payments.
• Prepare reports and gather data on lease comparables and customer insights.
• Review reports and track action items; respond to ad hoc requests.
• Provide project and communications support to Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain relationships with customers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain property records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
