Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies seeks a Leasing Manager to support lease administration, risk documentation, and insurance coordination across real estate and vehicle portfolios. You will partner with landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate records and timely payments.

Responsibilities include reviewing leases, managing critical dates, and supporting incident management, with occasional travel up to 10–20%. A relevant bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Five+ years of real estate, lease administration, or property management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance programs and risk management processes is desirable.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate opportunities aligned with operations and strategic goals.
• Review and administer lease agreements, amendments, and notices with stakeholders.
• Manage facility and vehicle lease records, renewals, and cost tracking.
• Process rent, CAM charges, insurance payments, and related expenses per terms.
• Maintain insurance and vendor certification records and documents.
• Support portfolio administration using Visual Lease and internal systems.
• Coordinate insurance certificates and risk management documentation.
• Assist incident process for company vehicles, buildings, and personnel.
