Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through in-person sales, tours, and resident services. You will process applications, perform background checks, and prepare move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, plus proficiency with property management software and standard office tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills with delivery ability.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels and present information clearly.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure smooth move-in and lease signing while maintaining occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic (referrals, social media, and marketing plans).
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies to improve occupancy and rent performance.
• Support lease renewals, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain property standards, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with company policies.
