Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing and renewals for our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and coordinate move-ins to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and presentation skills, experience in sales or property management, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Maintain property standards, respond to resident/owner inquiries, and resolve issues.
