Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheets, databases.
• Proficiency in Entrata, Yardi and/or OneSite property software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease signings.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Ensure property safety, cleanliness and show unit quality.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Coordinate renewals and respond to inquiries promptly.
