RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings, and prepare leases to optimize occupancy and revenue at our communities.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills, with experience using property management software and a commitment to high-quality resident experiences across our properties.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads showings and tours to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Processes applications, performs credit screening and background checks, and prepares leases and move-in packages.
• Designs and implements offsite marketing to drive traffic using online tools, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Analyzes market trends to adjust plans and stay competitive; maintains property standards and safety.
• Resolves resident concerns, coordinates renewals, and ensures smooth move-ins and lease signings.
