Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our multifamily properties. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and support move-ins to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will design local marketing plans, leverage online tools, and engage in referral and outreach programs to drive traffic and leases.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Designs and executes off-site marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Gathers market trends and informs property improvements.
• Manages lease renewals and ensures documents are signed.
• Resolves customer complaints and maintains property standards.
