Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to lease apartments, retain residents, market the property, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities for the property. This role supports the Community Manager and is designed to prepare individuals for advancement within the property management field.

You will oversee leasing activities, respond to inquiries, tour prospects, process applications, maintain files, track traffic and move-ins, and assist in marketing

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Four years prior experience in property management.
• Basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws.
• CPM/ARM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes including generating traffic and responding to inquiries.
• Greet and tour prospective residents, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Process rental applications, maintain lease files and coordinate move-ins.
• Track traffic, convert leads to leases and assist with marketing efforts.
• Assist in managing owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
• Act as liaison with other departments and cover Community Manager duties as needed.
