Qualifications

• High School degree required; college preferred.
• Four years prior experience in property management or related industry.
• Basic understanding of landlord/tenant laws and applications; familiarity with leases and addenda, Fair Housing/ADA, OSHA & EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and generate traffic; respond to inquiries and greet prospects.
• Tour prospects and qualify applicants; close leases and collect deposits.
• Process applications and maintain lease files per policy.
• Assist in property marketing and resident relations; track traffic and performance.
• Support the Property Manager and act in the Manager's absence.
