MAA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead on-site leasing, rent collection, and property operations. You will engage with current and prospective residents to find their ideal home and ensure smooth after-move-out inspections, while supporting office management tasks.

The role emphasizes organization, customer service, and team collaboration within a multifamily housing setting, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience.
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent accounts.
• Post income and deposits and inspect apartments after move-out.
• Lease apartments and provide sales and customer service to residents.
• Perform office management and support duties.
