Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to lease apartments, retain residents, market the property, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities. This role prepares you for advancement to a Community Manager and supports the property team.

In the absence of the Community Manager, you will oversee operations, coordinate with staff, ensure lease documentation, and maintain property standards while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Experience in property management or related industry is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and generate traffic to the property.
• Respond to inquiries and greet prospective residents.
• Maintain lease files and process applications and move-ins.
• Assist in marketing efforts and track rental activity.
• Serve as property liaison in Community Manager's absence.
