Job summary

ZRS Management in Boca Raton is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Leasing Consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on rent collection, application review, move-in audits, and budgeting assistance.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and 1+ year of property management experience, with a high school diploma as a baseline.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations as needed and work with the property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications ensuring proof of income and community qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and verify bills and leasing documents are completed and uploaded.
• Ensure residents' current and future scheduled billing is correct.
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting and coding; upload bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalating to the property manager.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours when needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team, maintaining customer service standards.
• Collaborate with the property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals and renewals.
• Support resident events to maximize renewals and satisfaction.
• May require one weekend work per month.
