Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications and verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Maintain accurate billing and assist with budgeting and reporting.
• Assist with tours and leasing when needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team.
