Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience is strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and promote properties.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing terms.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Maintain occupancy and report leasing activity to management.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
