Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead a team of leasing consultants and drive occupancy for multifamily communities. You will guide sales efforts, supervise the lease process from tour to move-in, and ensure excellent resident experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of leasing experience in residential property management, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate leasing consultants to reach occupancy goals.
• Process leases from tour to move-in and inspect units for quality.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post payments, issue charges and statements.
• Handle lease violations, late notices and evictions as needed.
• Support accounting month-end activities for the property.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Foster relationships with residents and coordinate events with teammates.
• Assist owners/clients with tours and performance updates.
