ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing/Assistant Manager to manage tours, move-ins, and lease documentation, while marketing the property and supporting occupancy goals. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and coordination with the team to host resident events.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Assistant Manager on rent collections, inspecting the property daily, and maintaining accurate resident

Qualifications

• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, closing the sale, and completing lease documents.
• Understand the property features to match residents' needs.
• Market the property through online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
• Use problem solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform residents.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, applications for approval and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Plan and organize resident events with teammates.
• Assist Assistant Manager in collection of delinquent rents.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of the property daily and touch up models/vacant units.
