You'll manage tours, screenings, leases, and renewals while coordinating move-ins and maintaining accurate records. The team supports a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in sales or leasing.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Goal oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with property management software (Yardi, MRI).
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Weekend availability for tours and leasing activities.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Leasing & marketing: promote the community, conduct tours, manage listings and outreach campaigns.
• Lease signing & move-in coordination: screenings, leases, and smooth move-ins; maintain lease records.
• Resident satisfaction & retention: build relationships to encourage renewals and address concerns.
• Sales & lead generation: convert leads into leases and drive occupancy targets.
• Administrative support: maintain records, assist reporting, and support the Community Manager.
