CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Leasing Professional for Monterey Road Apts in San Jose, CA. You will drive leasing goals, conduct tours, process applications, and execute renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Yardi/MRI or similar systems. Competitive benefits accompany this position at San Jose property.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in sales or leasing property management.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Goal oriented and able to multitask leasing, tours, paperwork, and resident needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with property management software like Yardi or MRI.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Promote the community, conduct tours, and manage listings and outreach campaigns.
• Lease Signing & Move-In Coordination: Screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate smooth move-ins.
• Resident Satisfaction & Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals and address concerns.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Convert leads into leases and generate new prospects through events.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records, reporting, and assist the Community Manager with renewals and compliance.
