CONAM Management seeks a Roving Leasing Professional to join the San Diego Affordable Region in San Diego, CA. You will drive leasing activities across multiple properties, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while supporting renewal strategies.

This full-time role includes a benefits package and requires a valid driver's license, weekend availability, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales or leasing environment.
• Passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home.
• Goal oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with property management software like Yardi or MRI.
• Friendly, energetic and approachable personality for residents and prospects.
• Weekend availability is essential for tours and meetups.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and manage listings and outreach.
• Lease Signing & Move-In Coordination: Screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate smooth move-ins.
• Resident Satisfaction & Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals and address concerns.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Convert leads into leases and generate new prospects through events.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with renewals and compliance.
• Driving: Local driving for business purposes pertaining to property management.
