AIR Communities in San Diego is seeking an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for the Bay community. This role goes beyond traditional leasing, guiding prospects through decisions and turning interest into signed leases, with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities include building relationships, conducting tours, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals while supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service in a goal-driven environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales, leasing, or revenue goals.
• Experience guiding customers from initial interest through close.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to use leasing, CRM, and communication technology.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through follow-up and tours.
• Identify needs and present apartment homes with lease options.
• Address questions and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline to meet leasing and occupancy goals.
• Keep accurate prospect activity and next steps in AIR’s leasing systems.
• Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio.
