Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community. You will conduct tours, process applications, perform credit screening, and prepare leases to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, implementing marketing plans, managing show units to company standards, and following up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and showing apartments to potential residents.
• Ability to develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and show units.
• Conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
