Qualifications

• Greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate leasing process from application to move-in.
• Develop and implement short/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow policies for concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Use property software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and renewing residents to secure leases.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales/leasing to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Show apartments and complete applications with credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease/renewal documents and move-in packages.
• Ensure units meet show quality standards and are lease-ready.
• Implement marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Maintain prospect and resident data in the on-site software.
• Support renewal letters and packages ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and requests.
