Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our on-site communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, and prepare lease packages.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust occupancy strategies.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, websites) and follows community marketing plans.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; communicates maintenance needs and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Responds to resident/owner concerns promptly and documents requests.
