Southern-Management-Companies seeks Leasing Professionals who bring proven sales experience and a passion for matching people with apartment homes. You will serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships with residents, prospects, and vendors while driving leasing metrics.

You will manage the leasing process from initial contact to move-in, perform move-in orientations, and help maintain property presentation.

Formación

• Proven sales experience and ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet weekend availability.
• Reliable transportation for outreach.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with team, customers, and vendors.
• Manage leasing from first contact to move-in.
• Follow up with prospects who don’t rent on first visit.
• Meet or exceed traffic, application, move-in, wait list and conversion goals.
• Complete leasing paperwork per internal QC processes.
• Inspect apartments and community for quality.
• Conduct new resident move-in orientations.
• Support community engagement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
