Job summary

Southern Management Co. is seeking a Leasing Professional to act as a brand ambassador for our communities. You will engage prospects, guide them through the leasing process, and coordinate move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service.

We value energetic, relationship-building individuals who can handle a fast-paced environment, meet performance targets, and work weekends. Experience in leasing or hospitality is a plus and proficiency with Yardi is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience with Yardi products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and build positive relationships with all team members, customers, and vendors
• Manage the leasing process from first point of contact to move-in
• Execute follow-up plan for future residents who do not rent on first visit
• Meet or exceed traffic, application, move-in, wait list, and conversion ratio goals
• Complete all leasing paperwork and processes per internal quality control processes
• Inspect apartments and the community to ensure product quality
• Conduct new resident move-in orientations
• Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Proven sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online marketing platforms. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, must be available to work weekends, and have reliable transportation for outreach. Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Pay Rate:

$17.50 - $25.38
