DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking aFull-Time Leasing Professional to join our team in Kent, WA (A 261 unit community). The role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartments, secure renewals, and ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include engaging prospective residents, touring and leasing homes, explaining leasing documents, and maintaining accurate data in management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address needs of residents.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Engage with prospective residents through lead management software, email and phone calls, appointments and follow-up.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through the application, tax credit, and move-in process.
• Explain leasing documents and community policies to ensure move-in satisfaction.
• Assist with lease agreements, renewals and compliance processes.
• Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness.
• Maintain resident files and data in the management system.
