Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management seeks a Full-Time Leasing Professional in Lakewood, WA. You will drive leasing and renewal campaigns, tour apartment homes, and guide residents through applications and move-in. Strong customer service and sales experience are essential.

Responsibilities include front desk support, marketing collaboration, and maintaining accurate files in the property management system while ensuring excellent resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, lead management software, and in-person meetings
• Tours and leases apartment homes, guiding applicants through application and move-in process
• Explain leasing documents, policies, and community rules to new residents
• Administer lease agreements, renewals, and screening processes with accuracy
• Maintain resident files and update software with rent charges and lease dates
• Support marketing efforts including social media, advertising, and events
• Assist with front desk duties and guest interactions
• Resolve resident questions and issues in a timely, professional manner
• Stay informed about market conditions and maintain property standards
