DevCo Residential Property Management in Kent, WA seeks a Full-Time Leasing Professional to drive leasing and renewal strategies, meet occupancy targets, and deliver outstanding resident service. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes and build strong relationships with guests and residents.

You will conduct tours, guide applicants through applications and move-in, maintain files, and support community marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email, and calls.
• Tour and lease apartments; guide applicants through application and move-in.
• Maintain resident files and update rent charges and lease data daily.
• Assist front desk duties and provide excellent customer service.
• Support marketing efforts including social media and events.
