Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 141-unit community. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm; housing discount available. 1–2 years of leasing experience and a background in sales or customer service are preferred.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit checks, lease preparation, and ensuring move-in readiness. You will implement marketing plans and collaborate with maintenance to keep show units appealing.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications.
• Screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Maintain show units and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects to secure lease or renewal.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and packages.
