Emerge is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our San Antonio team. The role blends sales, service, and marketing to lease apartment homes and build resident relationships. You’ll greet prospects, qualify leads, and document interactions while coordinating tours and applications. High energy and a passion for resident success are essential.

You will inspect models and community areas, communicate service needs, and help drive move-ins with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards and software.
• Show models and tour the community to prospective residents.
• Maintain guest cards and track communications and follow-ups.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries and schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests promptly.
• Assist applicants with applications and deposits per policy.
