Job summary

Emerge is hiring a Leasing Professional in Spring, TX to join our multifamily property management team. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and present communities to help residents find the right apartment home.

You will manage tours, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely service. This role emphasizes closing sales and ensuring smooth move-ins with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Property Management preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Strong initiative and customer service orientation.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our Lead Management Software.
• Tour and present the community to prospective residents and assist in finding the right apartment home.
• Close sales and manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure prompt responses to service requests.
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits, following company procedures.
