Job summary

Emerge-Living-LLC in Spring, Texas is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes and build strong resident relations.

You will greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours, process applications, and assist with deposits while upholding Fair Housing requirements. A high school diploma is required and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• 1-3 years of property management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using lead cards and tours.
• Close sales and manage leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided or in-person).
• Assist applicants with applications and deposits, conduct credit checks and rental history verification.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address resident service requests and ensure standards.
