Job summary

Emerge is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our property management team. This role focuses on greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and guiding applicants through the leasing process across our apartment communities in Texas, Georgia, and Florida.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction. Strong communication, deadlines, and multi-tasking are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Greeting prospects and qualifying leads.
• Showing apartments and presenting community features effectively.
• Processing applications, deposits, and coordinating with leasing policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally; use guest cards.
• Tour and present the community to prospects and help find the right apartment.
• Close sales and manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries via phone/email and schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Coordinate with maintenance for prompt service requests and updates.
