Emerge is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at The Ridley Apartment Homes in Houston, TX. The role blends sales, customer service and marketing to lease apartments and build strong resident relationships.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, qualifying leads, coordinating tours, and processing applications and deposits while ensuring moves are smooth and residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Property Management preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our Lead Management Software.
• Tour and present the community to help prospects find the right apartment home.
• Close sales by scheduling, tours, follow-ups and deposits as needed.
