Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our lead software.
• Tour and present the community to prospects and help find the right apartment.
• Close sales and manage appointments, tours, showrooms, and follow-up.
• Manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure prompt service and responsive support.
