Emerge is hiring a Leasing Professional in Spring, TX to join our property management team. You will greet prospects, tour the community, process applications, and help residents move in smoothly.

The role blends sales, customer service and marketing to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and is comfortable using a lead management system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of property management operations and resident relations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in the Lead Management Software.
• Tour and present the community, helping prospective residents find the right home.
• Close sales and manage the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
