The Station at Othello Park in Seattle, WA, seeks an experienced Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to read, write, and complete legal documents; explain apartment features.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Market to drive traffic to the community using online platforms and events.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
