The Olivian in Seattle seeks an experienced Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals for a 224-unit high-rise community. You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for residents while driving occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service background, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; property management software helpful (Yardi/OneSite).
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email to finalize decisions.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.
