Greystar's Soma Towers in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct virtual and in-person tours, ensure a stellar move-in experience, and support renewal activities while using Yardi/OneSite as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages
• Coordinate move-in; inspect apartments and liaise with maintenance
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy and traffic
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email to finalize leases
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns
